ICSIS (integrated computer systems information system) is a soup-to-nuts ticketing system for Bell-ATS. How did it get this name? This system was named ICSIS when the name of our department was Bell-ICS. The department name was changed to Bell-ATS (Advanced Technical Services) in 2002 but renaming the system to ATSIS did not make make much sense (doesn't role off the tongue)
Many Bell systems only do ticketing. Our system does ticketing, material management (part ordering and replenishment), technician scheduling, employee time entry, and employee safety protection (ESPP) enforcement.
