ICSIS Database Access

You are seeing this web page because an emergency copy of the ICSIS Database is not currently availble.

In the event of an emergency or planned outage (where Bell Canada employees would be unable to access the production ICSIS database on host "kawc96.on.bell.ca" via Bell Canada's intranet), a read-only copy of the ICSIS Database will be restored on this server and made available to people with valid ICSIS accounts (user and password will be required).

You will not be able to create new trouble tickets but you will have access to technician schedules and callout lists.
