Bell-ICS (Integrated Computer Services) is a public intenet website used to support Bell-ATS (Advanced Technical Services) operations.
The primary function of this site is supporting ESPP (employee safety protection program) operations for Bell-ATS employees.
In the event of an emergency or planned outage (where Bell Canada employees would be unable to access the production ICSIS database on host "kawc96.on.bell.ca" via Bell Canada's intranet), a read-only copy of the ICSIS Database will will be restored on this server and made available to people with valid ICSIS accounts (user and password will be required). You will not be able to create new trouble tickets but you will have access to technician schedules and callout lists.
This site is also used to support RAD (rapid application development) associated with new contracts
